(The anti-heroes. They are a group of city thieves)

(An illegal battle arena located under the city. Pokémon battle illegally for money and fame)

3. Team Rocket

(An evil organisation based in Kanto.)

4. The Elites +Esper

(Located in the same city as The Underground and Team Thiefing. The Elites are a group of powerful 'altered' Pokémon that do work for money. Two of the members, Dax and Asher the Electrike and Eevee are employed by Esper, the Rocket Eevee. The Elites happily work with anyone including evil organisations as long as money is involved.)
